After a successful career in the Finance Industry, Ines decided to pursue her lifelong dream of producing for the big screen. In December 2011, she graduated with Honours from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, under the Entertainment Administration Program and shortly after joined CRAZY8’s, an 8-day filmmaking challenge that provides funding and support to emerging filmmakers. Over the four years there, she produced over 30 short films, many of them winning awards for Best Short Screenplays, Composing and Short Film at various film festivals. In 2013, she transitioned into features co-producing Cinemanovels, a feature film with Director, Terry Miles. It premiered at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival and subsequently received an Honourable Mention for Best BC Film at the 2013 Vancouver International Film Festival.
In 2014, Ines joined Director, Siobhan Devine and Writer, Roslyn Muir as part of an all-women team to produce the film The Birdwatcher, which premiered in 2015 at the Whistler International Film Festival. Recently she produced the feature REAL FICTION, a film written and directed by Kirk Caouette, currently in post-production and will be completed in the spring of 2017 and joined Producer Matthew Cervi and Director, Daniel Di Marco in March 2016 as Co-producer of Juggernaut, which shot entirely on location in and around Ashcroft and Kamloops, BC.
Between projects she actively Production Manages, Line Produces or can be found writing her own screenplays. As of recently, she Line Produced Lifetime Movie-of-the-week, A Surrogate’s Nightmare and is currently in prep on another MOW, A Tiny House of Terror that will shoot on location in Kelowna, BC.← BackNext →
